4.40.201 Commencement of participation.

Each employee shall become a participant in the plan on the first day of the plan year coincident with or next following the date their employment with the City commences. (Ord. 5850-NS § 1 (part), 1988)

4.40.202 Cessation of participation.

A participant will cease to be a participant as of the date their employment with the City terminates. (Ord. 5850-NS § 1 (part), 1988)
