20.68.010 Enforcement--City Manager authority.

The City Manager or their designee shall administer and enforce all the provisions of this title. (Ord. 6424-NS § 1 (part), 1998)

20.68.020 Violation--Penalty.

Violation of this title is a misdemeanor punishable as set forth in Chapter 1.20, but may be charged, in the discretion of the prosecutor, as an infraction. (Ord. 7120-NS § 20, 2009; Ord. 6424-NS § 1 (part), 1998)

20.68.030 Violations deemed a public nuisance.

Any violation of this title is hereby declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance, and shall be subject to abatement by the City. The procedures for the abatement of such nuisances shall be governed by Chapter 1.24 as may hereafter be amended. In addition, violations of this chapter shall be subject to such remedies as may be permitted by law for public nuisances, and this chapter may be enforced by an injunction issued by the Superior Court.
