16.12.010 Adoption of Fire Code.¶
The Fire Code of the City of Belvedere is the 2025 California Fire Code and 2025 California Wildland-Urban Interface Code, as modified by Tiburon Fire Protection District Ordinance No. 133. (Ord. 2025-11 § 2, 2026.)
16.12.020 Definitions.¶
Wherever they appear in the California Fire Code and the California Wildland-Urban Interface Code, unless otherwise provided, the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
A. Whenever the words “Fire Code” are used they shall mean those codes and standards adopted in Section 16.12.010.
B. Wherever the word “jurisdiction” is used in the Fire Code, it shall mean the City of Belvedere. (Ord. 2025-11 § 2, 2026.)
16.12.030 Enforcement.¶
The City of Belvedere’s Fire Code shall be enforced by the Tiburon Fire Protection District. (Ord. 2025-11 § 2, 2026.)
