§ 5.36.010. Sign stating charges required.

Each person who engages in a business, as a check-cashing establishment, a primary purpose of which is to cash checks and warrants for members of the public, for which a fee is charged, shall have, at all times, posted in a prominent location in such place of business, easily observable by patrons, a sign not less than three feet by three feet in overall sign area, stating thereon the prices to be charged for cashing of warrants and checks. All information on such signs shall be in letters and numerals not less than two inches in height. Each such sign shall contain such prices together with descriptions of checks and warrants eligible for cashing, in Spanish and English.
