§ 17.36.010. Construction of encroaching structure – Prohibited.¶

It is unlawful to construct or maintain any building, gate, or structure which encroaches upon or opens outward over any portion of any public right-of-way within the city. (prior code § 4210; Ord. 325 § 3, 1974)
