Chapter 13.32 — TRAILERS AND SEMITRAILERS

§ 13.32.010. Parking – Restriction.¶
No person shall park or leave unattended, on any street or right-of-way within the city, any commercially licensed trailer or semitrailer unless such vehicle is attached to a truck, tractor, or other vehicle capable of moving the trailer or semitrailer. (Prior code § 3311.5)
§ 13.32.020. Violation – Penalty.¶
Whoever violates BGMC § 13.32.010 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of not to exceed $500.00, or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both. (Prior code Art. III Ch. 3)
