Chapter 9.90 — CONDOMINIUMS AND CONDOMINIUM CONVERSIONS

The development of condominium projects and/or the conversion of real property to a condominium project, a community apartment project, or a stock cooperative project shall be governed by the provisions and requirements of BGMC § 9.20.090 , Commercial and industrial condominiums – Conditional use, and BGMC § 9.20.140 , Residential condominiums – Conditional use.
