8.44.010 - Public urination and defecation prohibited.¶
No person shall urinate or defecate in public except when using a urinal, toilet or commode located in a bathroom, restroom or other structure enclosed from public view.

8.44.020 - Citation.¶
The Chief of Police or any members of his department are authorized to cite any violation of this Chapter.

8.44.030 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
