Beaumont Municipal Code Part 4 Telephone Companies

All telephone companies shall comply with all provisions of Part 1 above. All telephone companies shall obtain a franchise from the City pursuant to Part 6 below unless such companies are exempt from franchising requirements pursuant to state or federal law. A telephone company shall not be deemed exempt from the franchise requirement unless and until it provides documentation of such exemption to the satisfaction of the City.
