16.48.010 - Dry sewers.¶

If a land division is filed that proposes a density of two or more lots per acres, and if connection to a wet sewerage system is not required, the installation of a dry sewer system may be required. Installation of the sewer mains, laterals and connections shall be completed prior to the installation of street improvements.
