Barstow Municipal Code Ch. 19.04 Districts Established

Sec. 19.04.010. - Established.

In order to implement the provisions of this title, land use districts are established to be known as follows:

ES Estate residential zoned district
LDR Low density residential zoned district
SFR Single-family residential zoned district
MDR Medium density residential zoned district
DU Diverse use zoned district
HS Human services zoned district
C Commercial zoned district
I Industrial zoned district
O Open space zoned district
MZ Military zoned district
PF Public facilities zoned district
SP Specific plan zoned district

Sec. 19.04.020. - Boundaries.

The boundaries of those districts established shall be known on the zoning ordinance maps. Changes, additions, and amendments to the official zoning plan shall be determined and defined from time to time by ordinance adopting zoning ordinance maps covering such additions and amendments, each of which shall become, upon adoption, a part of the official zoning plan for the city.
