Sec. 16.08.010. - Unlawful burning.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation within the corporate limits of the city to burn, or cause to be burned, any inflammable or combustible waste or refuse or any substance of any nature whatever outside of any buildings; provided expressly, however, that upon application to and express written approval from the fire department and in conformity with the regulations of the air pollution control district.
