Sec. 13.34.010. - Special development fee required; annexations.¶
No permit shall be issued for the construction of any single-family or multiple-family residential building, or for the placing of any mobile home, which said single-family or multiple-family residential building or mobile home is proposed to be constructed or placed in an area which is situated outside the corporate limits of the city as the same existed on November 1, 1979, until the owner of the parcel of property upon which the building or mobile home is to be constructed or placed first pays a special development fee in addition to the fee specified in section 13.34.020 in accordance with the following schedule:
| Single-family dwelling units | $250.00 each |
|---|---|
| Multiple-family dwelling units | $187.50 per unit |
| Mobile home units | $187.50 per unit |
| All other users | $250.00 or the sum |
| determined by the city engineer by multiplying 250 by the user's estimated daily flow in gallons per day divided by 200, whichever is greater. |

Sec. 13.34.020. - Special development fee required.¶
No permit shall be issued for the construction of any single-family or multiple-family residential building, or for the placing of any mobile home in sections 17 and 18 of Township 9 North, Range 1 West and section 13, Township 9 North, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian, until the owner of the parcel of property upon which the building or mobile home is to be constructed or placed first pays a special development fee in accordance with the following schedule:
