Barstow Municipal Code Ch. 10.18 Work Area Traffic Control Handbook

The document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated "Work Area Traffic Control Handbook," latest edition, published by Building News, Inc., 3055 Overland Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90034, as amended by this chapter, is and the same is adopted by reference as the work area traffic control handbook of the city for regulating the design, erection and placement of all traffic control devices to be observed by all those who perform work in or near a public street to provide safe and effective work areas, and to warn, control, protect and expedite vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
