Sec. 1.05.010. - Barstow general plan parts adopted.¶
The city general plan contains six parts as follows:
(1) PART A—Introduction.
(2) PART B—General Plan Elements.
(3) PART C—Master Environmental Assessment—Technical Reports.
(4) PART D—Implementation Plan—Mitigation Monitoring Program.
(5) PART E—Environmental Reference Document.
(6) PART F—Appendices.

Sec. 1.05.020. - Barstow general plan elements adopted.¶
The city general plan consists of the following elements:
(1) Community development element — June, 1997.
(2) Natural factors element — June, 1997.
(3) Hazards element — June, 1997.
(4) Cultural resources element — June, 1997.
(5) Recreation and open space element — June, 1997.
(6) Infrastructure and public services element — June, 1997.
(7) Housing element — July 19, 2010.
(8) Air quality element — June, 1997.
