Sec. 6.34.010. - Adoption of hazardous waste management plan.¶

The county hazardous waste management plan is adopted. Chapters 1 through 4, chapters 6 through 9 and chapters 11 through 14 are incorporated by reference. Chapter 5 and chapter 10 are adopted with

revisions. The entire text of the plan is made a part of the general plan.

Sec. 6.34.020. - Findings of consistency.¶

All zoning, subdivision, conditional use permits and variances will be consistent with the hazardous waste management plan.
