Chapter 3.29 — TRUST FUND

Sec. 3.29.010. - Established.

There is established among the funds and accounts of the city a fiduciary fund which shall be a trust fund with guidelines set forth by resolution of the city council.

Sec. 3.29.020. - Use of funds.

All funds derived from donations or contributions shall be deposited forthwith into that fiduciary fund established by this chapter and all expenses therefrom shall comply with generally accepted accounting principles and auditing standards.

Sec. 3.29.030. - Interest on investments.

All interest earned through the deposit of the trust fund shall accrue to the fund and become a part thereof.
