Sec. 13.28.010. - Notice of violation.

Any person found to be violating any provision of chapters 13.08 through 13.24, except section 13.12.110, shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.

Sec. 13.28.020. - Violation deemed misdemeanor.

Any person who continues any violation beyond the time limit provided for in section 13.28.010 is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Sec. 13.28.030. - Violator liability.

Any person violating any of the provisions of chapters 13.08 through 13.24 shall become liable to the city for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the city by reason of the violation.
