13.08.010 - Electricity rates—Customer charge.

The rates and tariffs, including rate schedules, for the operation of the Banning Electric Utility shall be established by resolution of the city council. Additional requirements and authority for Banning Electric Utility rate setting is found in Chapter 13.05.
