16.04.010 Title.

This title shall be known as the subdivision ordinance of the city. (Ord. 3515 § 1, 1993)

16.04.020 Purpose.

This title is adopted to supplement and implement the Subdivision Map Act of the state; to set forth rules and regulations for the subdivision of real property. (Ord. 3515 § 1, 1993)
