8-3.02 Adoption of the Uniform Code for Building Conservation. 8-3.01 Building defined. For the purposes of this chapter, "building" means structures of any kind. 8-3.02 Adoption of the Uniform Code for Building Conservation. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, that certain code known and designated as the "Uniform Code for Building Conservation" together with appendices thereto as adopted by the International Conference of Building Officials is hereby referred to, adopted and made a part of this chapter with the same effect as if fully set forth herein and is declared to be the Building Conservation Code of the City.
