3.08.010 - Manner of issuing municipal warrants.

Upon a demand being duly allowed or a register being duly approved, a check shall be drawn upon the City treasury specifying the purpose for which drawn and the fund from which payment is to be made. Checks will be signed with facsimile signatures. In cases when it is desirable or necessary to have checks manually signed, the signatures of any two Council Members or one Council Member and the City Treasurer or City Clerk shall be required. No signature card shall be accepted by any depository of City funds unless the same has been approved by action of the City Council.
