18.04.010 - Adoption.

The City of Atwater hereby adopts by reference the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) in its entirety and its amendments thereafter as set forth by Public Resources Code Division 13, Environmental Quality Act. These guidelines have been developed by the Office of the Planning and Research for adoption by the Secretary for Resources in accordance with Section 2108.3. Furthermore, the CEQA guidelines are on all public agencies in the State of California.

A. Improvement of City owned bike and parking facilities for public use.

B. Signalization of existing intersections.

C. Enhancement of public transit facilities within the existing improved public right-of-way.
