In lieu of payment of all or a portion of the fees imposed by this ordinance, the developer, upon approval of the Director of Public Works, may construct separate facilities transporting water to serve his development to an MID Canal so as to eliminate discharge of storm water into the City 92s storm drainage system. The resulting reduction in fees shall be in direct proportion to the percentage reduction in the quantity of storm water to be discharged into the City 92s system.
(Ord. CS 428, 1980)
