3.12.010 - Imposition of delinquent assessments.¶

A.

All resolutions and ordinances of the City which specify particular due dates for payments owed the City are interpreted to mean that should those dates fall on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the due date then

becomes the next regular working day. Payments received after due dates will then be assessed in the manner so stated in those resolutions and ordinances.
