16.12.010 Tentative map required.¶
A tentative map shall be required for any and all divisions of land within the Town of Atherton, without regard for the type of record map or document used to record the subdivision. (Ord. 441 § 1, 1988)
16.12.020 Final map required.¶
A final map shall be required for any subdivision for which a final map is required by the Subdivision Map Act. (Ord. 441 § 1, 1988)
16.12.030 Parcel map required.¶
A parcel map shall be required for any subdivision other than those for which the Subdivision Map Act requires a final map unless expressly exempted from such requirements by the Subdivision Map Act. (Ord. 441 § 1, 1988)
16.12.040 Lot line adjustment map required.¶
A map showing the original parcels and proposed lot line adjustments, prepared by a civil engineer or licensed land surveyor shall be required for any lot line adjustment process pursuant to this title. (Ord. 441 § 1, 1988)
16.12.050 Procedure and content.¶
All maps submitted pursuant to this title shall meet all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and of this title. (Ord. 441 § 1, 1988)
