§ 7-12.1001. Penalties.¶
(a) Penalties for violation of this chapter of this Code shall be as set forth in Chapter 1-3 of this Code.
(b) A resolution establishing fees shall be brought to the City Council for adoption before the ordinance codified in this chapter takes effect.
