§ 5-2.01. Use or discharge restrictions.

It is unlawful to discharge, use, sell, have, keep, store, shoot off, or explode, within the City, any fire-crackers, sky rockets, torpedoes, Roman candles, fire balloons, and any and all fireworks or substances designed or intended for such person to protect life or property, or to destroy or kill any dangerous animal.
