Ord. No. 382 repealed the following articles: I, II, III, IV, IX, X, and XI. Art. I, which pertained to general provisions, derived from Ord. 196, §§ 1, 2, 9, adopted in 1984; and Ord. 221, § 1, adopted in 1987. Art, II pertained to sewer connections in city and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 3—5; and Ord. 278, adopted in 1995. Art. III pertained to sewer connections outside of city and derived from Ord. 196, § 14. Art. IV pertained to sewer system construction and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 6(A)—(F). Art. IX pertained to sewer service charges and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 7 (part), 7(B)—(E). Art. X pertained to sewer service funds and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 16(A)—(D). Art. XI pertained to enforcement—violation—penalty—approval and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 10, 11 (part), 11(A)—(G), and Ord. 310, § 1, adopted in 1998. It added new arts. I, II, II, IV, V and VI.

Ord. 383 repealed the following articles: V, VI, VII, VIII and XI. Art. V pertained to prohibited wastes and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 12(A)—(H). Art. VI pertained to industrial users and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 13(A)—(G). Art. VII pertained to wastewater discharge permits and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 15(A)—(H). Art. VIII pertained to discharge, pretreatment and inspection and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 15(I)—(N). Art. XI pertained to enforcement—violation—penalty—approval and derived from Ord. 196, §§ 10, 11 (part), 11(A)—(G), and Ord. 310, § 1, adopted in 1998. It added a new art. VII.
