§ 4-4.201. Establishment of Speed Limits.¶
Speed limits within the City of Artesia shall be established by resolution of the City Council.

§ 4-4.202. Regulation of Speed by Signs.¶
The Road Commissioner shall cause appropriate signs to be posted along and upon the streets, and portions thereof, established in Section 4-4.201 of this article.
