Chapter 12 — EXPEDITED PERMITTING FOR SMALL RESIDENTIAL ROOFTOP SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS

§ 8-12.01. Adoption of Chapter 68 of Title 26 of the Los Angeles County Code.¶
Except as hereinafter provided in this chapter, Chapter 68 (Expedited Permitting for Small Residential Rooftop Solar Energy Systems) of Title 26 of the Los Angeles County Code, as in effect on September 17, 2015, is hereby adopted by reference and shall constitute and may be cited as part of the Building Code of the City of Artesia.
In the event of any conflict between provisions of the California Building Code, 2013 Edition, Title 26 of the Los Angeles County Code, or any amendment to the Building Code contained in the Artesia Municipal Code, the provision contained in the later listed document shall control.
A copy of Title 26 of the Los Angeles County Code, including Chapter 68, along with a copy of the California Building Code, 2013 Edition, has been deposited in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Artesia and shall be at all times maintained by the Clerk for use and examination by the public.
