5.16.010 - Hours of closing.¶
All public places where games are played with pool balls, billiards, pins, dice, or bowling balls shall be promptly closed at eleven (11) p.m.; provided, however, such places may close at twelve (12) midnight on Saturdays.

5.16.020 - Unobstructed view from outside required.¶
No license shall be granted to any person to conduct a poolroom, or any room or place of like nature, within the city until after the chief of police shall have seen the room in which such business is to be conducted and fully satisfied himself or herself that there is in such room no partition of any kind or nature and that there is no frosting on the windows or doors and no screens or other objects to prohibit a person on the outside to see who is within such room without entering the same.

5.16.030 - Removal of partitions and frosted glass required.¶
All persons conducting poolrooms, or places of like nature, shall remove all partitions therefrom, all frosting from the doors or windows thereof, and all screens or other objects by which one on the outside may be prevented from seeing all persons within. Such work shall be done to the satisfaction of the chief of police.
