12.12.010 - Establishment.¶
A pedestrian mall is established over the property within the city generally described as the eighty-seven (87) feet of Short Street lying one hundred twenty-three (123) feet south of the south property line of Branch Street.

12.12.020 - Vehicles prohibited—Exceptions.¶
Vehicular traffic shall be prohibited over the pedestrian mall described in Section 12.12.010 of this chapter with the following exceptions:
A. Emergency police vehicles;
B. Emergency ambulance vehicles;
C. Emergency fire vehicles; and
D. City vehicles used for hauling or repair work or maintenance and hauling following the approval of the council.
