7510.8. - SERVICE AREA.

"Service Area" shall be that area being served with potable water by the Department from the existing distribution system.

7510.8.1. - SAME. INSIDE CITY AND OUTSIDE CITY.¶

For the purpose of establishing water rates, the service area of the Department is divided into two classes designated as "inside city" and "outside city".

(1)

"Inside City" shall include all the area within the boundaries of the City as such boundaries may exist from time to time.

(2)

"Outside City" shall include all areas served which are outside the boundaries of the City.
