7531.1. - RATES INSIDE CITY. BIMONTHLY.¶
The bimonthly rates for metered services, and for all other purposes for which no other rate is specified for water put to or made available for beneficial use in the City and served through a meter, shall be as specified by Resolution of the City Council. No such Resolution shall be acted upon until at least one public meeting (regular Council meeting) is conducted at which oral and written presentation can be made concerning the rate changes.
