- AMOUNTS OF COVERAGE.

Before a permit is issued pursuant to this Chapter, certificate of insurance coverage naming the City as additional insured and issued by an approved insurance company in accordance with the injury and damage amounts set forth by resolution of the City Council shall be filed with the Superintendent of Streets.
