- PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
No person shall park a vehicle in or upon a private driveway or in or upon any private property without direct or implied consent of the owner of said driveway or private property or the direct or implied consent of the person in lawful possession of any such driveway or private property. The size of the signs prohibiting public parking and authorizing removal shall not be less than seventeen by twenty-two inches (17″ x 22″) in size with lettering not less than one (1) inch in height. ;hn0; (Amended by Ord. 1791 adopted 6-19-84; amended by Ord. 2091, adopted 10-20-98)
