Division 1 — SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND

    • CREATION.

There is hereby created a special fund to be known as the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund.

2511.1. - PURPOSE.

All monies in said fund shall be expended exclusively for the purpose authorized by and in accordance with all the provisions of Division 1, Chapter 1, Article 5 of the Streets and Highways Code.

2511.2. - SOURCE.

All monies received by the City from the State Highway Fund pursuant to Section 198 of the Streets and Highways Code shall be paid into said fund.
