1920. - CITY MANAGER SIGNATORY AUTHORITY.¶

The City Manager, or his/her designee, shall have authority to sign on behalf of the City, and instead of the Mayor, warrants, contracts, conveyances and any documents, instruments or deeds requiring the City seal.
