2.50.010 - Administrative decisions—Judicial review: Time limits.¶
The provisions of Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6 are hereby adopted by the Town Council, and said provisions are hereby made applicable in the Town as further specified in Section 2.50.020 of this Chapter.
2.50.020 - Decisions affected.¶
The provisions of this Chapter shall be applicable to "decisions," as defined by Code of Civil Procedure § 1094.6, that are final on and after November 28, 1988.
