§ 3-2.01 SIGNATURES.

All demands, warrants, and checks, with the exception of field checks, shall bear the manual or mechanical signature of the City Treasurer or the Deputy City Treasurer. For any period of time in which the Office of the City Treasurer or Deputy City Treasurer are vacant, the Finance Director, or any other responsible city employee designated by the City Manager, shall sign all demands, warrants, and checks the city issues.
