§ 7-2.101 TITLE.¶
This chapter shall be known as the “Encroachment Regulations” of the city.

§ 7-2.102 PURPOSE.¶
The provisions of this chapter set forth the rules, regulations, and specifications to control encroach-ments in any public right-of-way or watercourse.
