§ 2-4.201 DECLARATION OF QUALIFICATION.¶
The city desires to qualify to receive aid from the state pursuant to the provisions of Cal. Penal Code Chapter 1 of Title 4 of Part 4.

§ 2-4.202 DECLARATION OF ADHERENCE TO STANDARDS.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Cal. Penal Code § 13522 of said Chapter 1, the city, while receiving aid from the state pursuant to said Chapter 1, shall adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.
