§ 9.04.010. Drinking – Alcohol in public.

Any person possessing or drinking from an open container, glass, cup or other vessel which contains any alcoholic beverage, in public in the city of Angels, except in conjunction with a special event, permit, or license approved by the city or state is guilty of a misdemeanor.
