Angels Camp Municipal Code Ch. 8.32 Temporary or Portable Restrooms

The placing of any temporary restroom or portable restroom within the city of Angels is prohibited unless a use permit is obtained from the office of the Angels city clerk. Such permit will be issued for a fee to be determined by resolution of the city council and the fee shall be determined on a per-day basis for each portable or temporary restroom and in accordance with the purpose of the use. In no event shall a use permit be granted for a period exceeding ninety days, with the exception of use permits granted during the construction of buildings. (Ord. 256 § 1, 1982)

Any person violating or causing a violation of the provisions of this chapter, or permitting such a violation on land or in a structure owned, rented or controlled by him, is guilty of an infraction. Each day any such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense punishable as provided in this section. (Ord. 256 § 2, 1982; Ord. 514 § 3 (Att. G), 2021)
