§ 2.24.010. Contract adopted by reference.¶
A contract between the city of Angels and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees’ Retirement System, is authorized, a copy of the contract being attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part hereof, as though herein set out in full. (Ord. 245 § 1, 1981)
§ 2.24.020. Authority to execute contract.¶
The mayor of the city is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract described in Section 2.24.010 for and on behalf of the city of Angels. (Ord. 245 § 2, 1981)
