17.84.010 Planning commission procedures and actions. ¶

A. All decisions and recommendations of the planning commission shall be by majority vote of the total membership of the commission.

B. Any planning commission decision may be appealed to the city council pursuant to Chapter 17.81.

C. Planning commission procedures, including public hearing procedures, are contained in Chapter 17.85. (Ord. 323 §49, 1992: Ord. 270 (part), 1984)

17.84.020 City council hearing procedures. ¶

A. All decisions of the city council shall be by majority vote of the total membership of the council.

B. The council, by resolution, shall adopt hearing procedures covering hearings pursuant to this title. Said rules of procedure shall either be posted in the hearing room or shall be available to the public upon request. (Ord. 270 (part), 1984)
