9.14.010 - Permitted when—Tax exemptions—Compliance with Penal Code—required.

Bingo games are authorized to be conducted by and for the benefit of organizations which are classified as charitable organizations and which are exempted from the payment of the bank and corporation tax by Section 23701 (d) of the Revenue and Taxation Code of the State of California and by Section 170 (c) (2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954. All of the provisions of Section 326.5 of the Penal Code shall be complied with in the conduct of any such bingo game.
