6.36.010 - Prohibited.

No person shall interfere with oppose or resist the police chief or his designee authorized under the provisions of this title to take up and impound animals while such Police Chief or his designee is engaged in the performance of any act authorized by this title. Violation of any of the provisions of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable as set forth in Section 1.20.010 of this code.
