16.22.010 - Issuance.

No building permit shall be issued for the construction of any building, structure or other work on any parcel proposed to be created until a parcel map or final map has been approved and recorded in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and of Title 7, Division 2, Chapter 3, Article 6, beginning at Section 66464 of the Government Code of the state, and recorded in the office of the county recorder.
